The right to use the Kieler Woche footage as clean feed and branded editorial content is subject to the restrictions in this agreement. With your registration you accept below regulations and conditions. The footage is subject to copyright. All rights are reserved by Kieler Woche Marketing GmbH and JACARANDA Sport Consulting GmbH and subject to further permissions and licensing.
It is prohibited to reuse the footage edited or extracted for a new project or program other than broadcasts related to Kieler Woche. No trade, selling or transfer is allowed. Do not extract editorial clips.
The license is restricted to a time period of two weeks before and 6 weeks after the official Kieler-Woche Event. Please feel free to contact us for further use.
